spring tour that has been bringing clay afficianados to
our lovely shores for over 3 decades.
Working with clay has always been about having fun for this artist who has shared her expertise as a teacher - and studio space - with both children and adults on the island over decades. On the May long- weekend, Von Tooren promises to have a plethora of beads available at Down to Earth Pottery alongside some of her 'Denman Island' mugs (with words stamped on the side), in addition to other functional and decorative wares like footed colanders and lots of hand built bowls.
